Year in Review 2022

As we come to the end of 2022, Rivalry has so much to reflect on and celebrate; this year we had six exhibitions in the gallery, including Peter Stephens, Jacob Todd Broussard, Susan Metrican and the rollicking group show Party's Over, to name a few. We also mounted three exhibitions in our project space, and had a booth at Future Fair in New York City featuring Myeongsoo Kim.

In 2022 we’ve hosted numerous receptions, artists talks, cocktail parties and events for various community partners and it’s been a pleasure to welcome so many new faces to the gallery. Rivalry Projects is especially thankful to all those who have been a part of our year, especially to every artist who has exhibited, given an artist talk, and have each enriched the cultural fabric of Buffalo.

We are taking a break for the holidays, but will return on Friday, January 13, 2023 for the opening reception of Reckoning: Deborah Oropallo and Andy Rappaport from 5:00-9:00pm.
